At Annabella-Pump, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original Annabella-Pump packaging and include all tags, padding, and the original packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
